Then, place the filter into the pitcher, twist it into a locking position, and pour 1.5 quarts (48 oz) of room temperature water over the grounds, or use the vessel fill line if preferred. After lightly stirring for 20 seconds, let it brew for 18 hours in the refrigerator with the lid on. Once brewed, remove the filter, place the lid back on, and your cold brew is ready to enjoy! When inserting or removing the filter from the vessel, feel free to use the convenient filter handle which folds up or down for ease of use.
